The Ozarks Healthcare (OZH) Foundation supports Ozarks Healthcare, ensuring a place close to home to meet all medical needs. OZH Foundation helps Ozarks Healthcare to help you.

The not-for-profit organization was established in 1998 to further the work of the medical center. Governed by a local board of directors, the OZH Foundation seeks and accepts charitable contributions from individuals, businesses, and corporations, and other foundations to assist Ozarks Healthcare in providing excellent healthcare to the communities we serve.

Ozarks Healthcare Foundation Mission Statement

The Ozarks Healthcare Foundation's mission is "to support Ozarks Healthcare in providing high quality, compassionate healthcare and promote wellness in the communities we serve."

The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code to support and assist Ozarks Healthcare. The purposes of the OZH Foundation include the development and use of money for:

• New medical technology and equipment
• Community wellness, prevention, and other out-of-hospital services to promote quality of life
• Renovation and new facilities

As we fulfill our mission of caring for the community, the caring shown to us in return in the form of philanthropic support is appreciated. The OZH Foundation employs the utmost care in the administration and distribution of funds.
