Spiritual Care

Total patient care includes attention to the spiritual, as well as the physical and emotional, needs of each patient. Members of the volunteer chaplain staff are available to assist you. Your priest, minister or rabbi is always welcome to visit you while you are here and the hospital chaplains would be happy to contact him or her for you at your request.

A chapel is located on the first floor near the main lobby. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the chapel for worship services, prayer and quiet reflection.

If you would like to contact a chaplain, ask the nursing staff for assistance, or call the Chaplain Director at 417-256-9111 and enter "1," and dial "3351" when prompted.
