Rheumatology
Rheumatology is the medical specialty focused on the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases. These are conditions that often cause chronic and often intermittent pain affecting the joints or connective tissue. There may be over 200 different conditions within this specialty. Many of these conditions are disorders of the immune system. Rheumatology is considered to be the study and practice of medical immunology.

At Ozarks Healthcare Rheumatology our experts are dedicated to the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases and connective tissue disorders. For our patient’s convenience we provide infusions in our Ozarks Healthcare Rheumatology Infusion Center, a CLIA certified laboratory for hematologic and blood chemistry studies, and Imaging at our Ozarks Healthcare Imaging Center, which is located next door.
