Inside Track Career Pathways
The Inside Track Career Pathways Program connects post-secondary students (traditional and non-traditional) to training programs through local universities, colleges, and other training opportunities. Because Inside Track is the depository of all local healthcare jobs in demand, the result is putting people on the right track to live, get trained, and work here.
The Careers Pathway Coordinator finds the candidates for the positions and navigates them through the education process and pathway. The final step for the candidates is entering the local healthcare workforce.
The beauty of Inside Track is that candidates are supported with scholarships and tuition reimbursement by the communities they will soon care for on the job. This program is about connecting people with resources and the future of our community.
