Ozarks Healthcare’s Behavioral Health Center (BHC) partnered with the West Plains Council on the Arts to host a special art show in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in May. Participants from the community and local schools were invited to show their artistic skills with the theme “Pieces of Me.” The art show featured three divisions: eighth grade and under, high school, and adult.

Ozarks Healthcare reroutes Street to increase Patient Safety 6/12/2023
In cooperation with the City of West Plains, Ozarks Healthcare is strengthening patient safety by rerouting a portion of the street in front of its Emergency Department and Women’s Center starting Monday, June 12. While access to all parking lots will remain the same, through traffic will be routed away from patrons seeking care.

The event is scheduled to take place on September 29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the West Plains Public Library Community Room located at 750 W. Broadway St. in West Plains.

Lam joins providers Dennis Albino, MD, Mary Kate Brasier, WHNP-BC, and Jennifer Rhoads, WHNP-BC, in providing expert, compassionate women’s healthcare backed by the total resources of the Ozarks Healthcare system.
