Ozarks Healthcare Welcomes Sandra Wade to team of Fifteen Retail Pharmacists
Ozarks Healthcare is pleased to announce the addition of Sandra Wade to its team of 15 retail pharmacists at the Ozarks Healthcare Pharmacy in Gainesville. Wade brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the community, having grown up in Gainesville.
Wade earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Harding University’s College of Pharmacy, following her undergraduate studies in cell and molecular biology at Missouri State University in Springfield. She began her pharmacy career at Theodosia Pharmacy and Court Square, later working as a pharmacy manager in Jonesboro, AR, before returning to her hometown last summer to join Ozarks Healthcare.
Wade is excited to be back in Gainesville, where she is committed to serving her community.
"Being backed by Ozarks Healthcare allows our pharmacy to operate with the strong support of a hospital system while still maintaining our home town pharmacy environment,” Wade said. “As the only pharmacy in the county, we are able to provide more pharmacy services being united with Ozarks Healthcare without the burdens that come with chain pharmacies.”
As a certified vaccine administrator, Wade offers a full range of vaccine services at Ozarks Healthcare’s Gainesville Pharmacy. She also plans to enhance 340B Drug Pricing Program services in the area and work closely with Ozarks Healthcare’s Gainesville Clinic to provide comprehensive medication services to the community.
