Ozarks Healthcare offers Convenient Sports Physicals for Students and Community Members
Ozarks Healthcare is pleased to announce the availability of sports physicals at the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic, ensuring students and community members have easy access to essential healthcare services ahead of the upcoming sports season and summer athletic camp schedule.
For West Plains High School Students:
Sports physicals will be conducted from April 29 – May 16 during regular school hours. The Zizzer Athletic Department and coaches will communicate information regarding available physical times with school teams. Parents of students who did not participate in sports during the 2023-2024 academic year should schedule an appointment with the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic located at 1013 College St. in West Plains or the Athletic Department to arrange their physicals. For Students in K-8 School Districts:
Ozarks Healthcare is collaborating with area K-8 schools to schedule physicals at the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic, providing a convenient and accessible option for young athletes.
Summer Schedule:
Outside of the previously mentioned time frame, Ozarks Healthcare will offer sports physicals from June 17 - 28, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic. Walk-ins are welcome during this time, although appointments are encouraged to ensure prompt service.
Additionally, on June 20, the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic will extend its hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to accommodate those with busy schedules. Again, appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
For Students Outside West Plains/K-8 School Districts:
Providers at Ozarks Healthcare locations outside of West Plains are working with their area’s respective school district(s) to offer sports physicals.
