Ozarks Healthcare embraces Innovation with Phreesia Software Implementation
Ozarks Healthcare is excited to announce its partnership with Phreesia, a leading healthcare software company, to enhance efficiency and elevate patient experiences across its health system. Scheduled to go live on June 12, this collaboration signifies Ozarks Healthcare's commitment to delivering exceptional care while embracing digital innovation.
Phreesia offers a suite of tools designed to streamline patient interactions, including digital pre-registration for appointments, text message appointment reminders, email appointment reminders, and seamless check-in processes at Ozarks Healthcare facilities. Additionally, patients will have the option to receive personalized health-related content after completing the check-in process, further enhancing their engagement and understanding of their healthcare journey.
Patients using Phreesia for digital registration will receive a one-time use link, eliminating the need for account creation and separate logins. This link, securely emailed or texted directly to patients, ensures a smooth and secure authentication process each time they interact with Phreesia.
"While Ozarks Healthcare remains dedicated to our existing healthcare data management systems, such as Meditech for electronic medical records and our patient portal, Phreesia seamlessly integrates with our registration process," EZ Niles, Executive Director of Information Technology at Ozarks Healthcare, said.
Patients will have the flexibility to manage their communication preferences within Phreesia, allowing them to unsubscribe or block messages they do not wish to receive. For updates to contact information, patients can conveniently make changes during the registration process.
Phreesia will begin sending reminder text messages and emails on June 6 to patients who have future appointments for specialty clinics who are housed inside Ozarks Healthcare’s Medical Office Building in addition to its Dermatology, Imaging, Lab, and Surgery/GI Departments.
Beginning June 12, Ozarks Healthcare will be able to use the pre-registration options with Phreesia for patients.
Ozarks Healthcare looks forward to leveraging Phreesia's innovative solutions to optimize patient care and experiences throughout the community.
