Ozarks Healthcare Behavioral Health Center Launches Stress Management Group for West Plains High School Students
The Ozarks Healthcare Behavioral Health Center (BHC) is excited to announce the launch of a new stress management group specifically for West Plains High School students. This group aims to provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss stress, explore how it feels, and learn practical strategies for managing it.
The group will meet on Wednesdays during school hours at the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic located at 607 East Olden St. in West Plains and will cover essential topics, including:
- Understanding how your body reacts to stress
- Managing emotions like anger, sadness, and worry
- Building supportive relationships
- Improving communication skills to get what you want
