Free Athletic Physicals to be offered by Ozarks Healthcare for students in Oregon County
Glennette Haney, board-certified family nurse practitioner at Ozarks Healthcare in Alton, will conduct free athletic physicals for student athletes entering grades 7 through 12 in the 2024 - 2025 school year at the following locations:
- Couch R-I School District (located at 22206 MO Hwy. 142, Myrtle) – Aug. 2 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Oregon County Health Department (located at 10 Court Sq., Alton) – Aug. 9 from 8 a.m. to noon
Once checked in, students will be directed to the appropriate location to complete their athletic physicals. All students are required to submit a signed consent/medical history form and provide current insurance information from a parent or legal guardian at the time of the physicals.
