Dr. Joseph Barnard now seeing Patients at Ozarks Healthcare in Gainesville
Ozarks Healthcare recently announced Dr. Joseph Barnard, board-certified family medicine physician, is now caring for patients at Ozarks Healthcare in Gainesville.
Barnard joins Dr. Edward Henegar, board-certified family physician, and Trisha Vigna, board-certified nurse practitioner, offer traditional primary healthcare services, such as treatment of common illnesses, well-child visits, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and more at Ozarks Healthcare in Gainesville.
With a background rooted in compassionate patient care, Barnard brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He completed his residency in family medicine at Cox Health Family Medicine in Springfield, Missouri, and holds a Doctorate of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Prior to pursuing his medical career, Barnard served as a physical therapy assistant at Ozarks Healthcare Therapies, further deepening his connection to the local community.
As a primary care provider, Barnard will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care to individuals and families in Gainesville and the surrounding areas. Barnard is now seeing patients in Gainesville on Mondays and Thursdays. He still serves as a primary care physician at Ozarks Healthcare Family Medicine in West Plains on other days of the week.
