Ozarks Healthcare Medical Equipment to host Free Sleep Apnea Screenings throughout Community August – September
Ozarks Healthcare Medical Equipment, accredited provider of home medical equipment and supplies and personalized patient-oriented care at Ozarks Healthcare, will conduct free sleep apnea screenings at multiple locations throughout Ozarks Healthcare’s service area on select dates in August and September.
Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder marked by abnormal reductions in breathing during sleep. These disruptions reduce the quality of sleep and can potentially lead to serious health conditions. A screening for sleep apnea can detect early signs and identify risk factors that could contribute to sleep apnea. When identified, sleep apnea can most usually be treated with airway therapy devices.
