West Plains Noon Rotary Club donates to Ozarks Healthcare Foundation’s Mobile Mammography Campaign
The West Plains Noon Rotary Club has made a donation of $500 to the Ozarks Healthcare Foundation’s fundraising initiative for a mobile mammography unit. The funds will be used to help purchase a mobile mammography unit in 2022 to help make routine screenings more accessible for those across Ozarks Healthcare’s service area who might not otherwise have access to this service.
“We appreciate the support of the West Plains Noon Rotary Club has provided for our fundraising efforts,” Josh Reeves, Vice President of Development at Ozarks Healthcare, said. “More access to mammography services is very needed in our service area, and we hope to grow our reach with the help of our generous community partners.”
The Ozarks Healthcare Foundation is currently seeking pledges and donations for the campaign from individuals, businesses, and other organizations. Any business or organization interested in making a donation is asked to please call the Ozarks Healthcare Foundation at 417-853-5200 or contact Reeves directly at j.reeves@ozhcare.com. Individual donations can be collected online at https://www.ozarkshealthcare.com/support-us/foundation/mobile-mammography-unit-campaign/.
The Foundation is also hosting a raffle for a 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 truck from Toyota of West Plains to support its mobile mammography campaign. Proceeds from raffle tickets sold will benefit the Foundation’s initiative to purchase a mobile mammography unit in 2022. Tickets are $100 and may be purchased online at https://www.ozarkshealthcare.com/support-us/ or by calling 417-853-5200.
